6000 SERIES This series contains no lead, and only 6032, 6033 and 6064 contain cadmium, all the other colours are cadmium free. Very good acid & alkali resist, high glossy, no need to print the cover flux and the gloss level can be as good as leaded colours. Suitable for glass tableware, wine bottles, milk bottles etc, especially suitable for the products need to pass the Food and Drug Administration or California 65 tests.
Chemical Durability:
Acid resistance
No visible colour change after immersion in a 10% Hydrochloric acid (HCl) at 20±2℃ for 15 minutes.
No visible colour change after immersion in a 10% citric acid at 20±2℃ for 15 minutes.
Alkali resistance
No visible colour change after immersion in a 9.1% NaOH at 88±1℃ for 4 hours.

Firing Condition: | Normal firing teperature: 580-630℃ , 1.5 hours cold to cold, 10minutes soaking time. For tempering glass: 680-730℃. The best firing cycle depends on types of the glass products and kilns. |
Mixability: | 6032, 6033, and 6064 contain cadmium and can be mixed in all proportions, when mixing with other colours, we recommend running production tests in order to verify effects of mixings, deposit weights, temperature etc. 6022 is underlay white, 6021 is mixing white, and 6000 is cover flux. 60M1 is silver metallic, 60M2 and 60M3 are golden metallic, 60M6 is red metallic. |
Application: | 6000 series can be supplied as powders and pastes for screen printing decal, direct printing, thermal plastic printing or spraying, hand painting, as well as pad printing etc. |
Printing: | The powder to medium ratios are: 10: 6-8 for normal colours, 10:8-9 for metallic colours. |
